Enrollment in VSA programs is open to individuals of all ages, subject to medical clearance and a signed waiver of liability.

Participants must meet the age and skill requirements specified for each program.
Fees and Payments:
Program, camp, and event fees are displayed on the website and may change without notice.
Full payment is required before the start of any program.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and UPI.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by VSA.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Program and Service Delivery:
VSA strives to maintain the continuity of its programs, including regular classes, camps, and events.
Classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or government regulations.
VSA reserves the right to change coaches or instructors without prior notice.

Code of Conduct:
Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Abusive language, violence, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
VSA reserves the right to terminate participation for individuals who fail to comply with these terms or jeopardize the safety of others.
Use of Skating Gear and Equipment:
Participants may bring their safety gear, including helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards. Gear can also be purchased through VSA before or after enrollment.
Skating and sports equipment are available for purchase via our website.
Once sold, equipment cannot be returned if used or damaged.
VSA is not responsible for injuries, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of personal or purchased equipment.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a program is canceled by VSA, participants may choose a full refund or an alternative program.
Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations or withdrawals after the program has begun.
Refund requests for medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant documentation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
Waiver of Liability:
Participants acknowledge that inline skating is physically demanding and carries inherent risks, including injury.
VSA, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
All participants (or their guardians) must sign a waiver before joining any program. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from participation.
Health and Safety:
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that could affect their ability to participate safely.
VSA reserves the right to deny participation to individuals deemed unfit for physical activity.
VSA follows all local health and safety regulations. In emergencies, basic first aid will be administered, and medical help will be sought if needed.
Intellectual Property:
All website content, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the intellectual property of Vaibhav Skating Academy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
VSA may use photos and videos from training sessions and events for promotional purposes unless a participant explicitly opts out in writing.

Vaibhav Skating Academy (VSA) values customer privacy. Personal information collected during purchases and account registration is used solely for order processing, communication, and internal purposes.
When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email as part of the buying and selling process.

Payment:
We use Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay and VSA do not store card details on their servers.

Products ordered through our website are shipped within India.
All orders are processed within 8 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped , In case of high demand the order can take upto business 14 days .
Delivery typically takes minimum 8 to 10 working days from order confirmation and may take up to a maximum of 14 days.
Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹8000 [Within Satna]. For orders under ₹8000, we charge ₹65 for local delivery.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [Shri Rama krishna college Bharhut Nagar , Satna , Madhya pradesh]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged products within 5 working days of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must contact VSA customer support with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 15 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Used, damaged, or non-compliant products are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed for incorrect size, color, or if the wrong item was received.
Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Approved exchanges require customers to ship the item back at their own cost.
If an item is defective or incorrect, an exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and VSA will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
