Cancellation and Refunds

  • If a program is canceled by VSA, participants may choose a full refund or an alternative program.
  • Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations or withdrawals after the program has begun.
  • Refund requests for medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant documentation.
  • ⁠Approved refunds will be CREDITED within 15 working day after successful product return only.
  • For wrong and defective products the replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days after we receive the defective/wrong product and only after proper verification.
  • Exchange timeframes will be 7 days.
