If a program is canceled by VSA, participants may choose a full refund or an alternative program.
Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations or withdrawals after the program has begun.
Refund requests for medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant documentation.
Approved refunds will be CREDITED within 15 working day after successful product return only.
For wrong and defective products the replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days after we receive the defective/wrong product and only after proper verification.
